Without realizing it, we had gathered in Kielce exactly on the 70th Anniversary of Treblinka coming online. The first 17,000 people murdered in Treblinka were Jews from this city. Today's event began at 8:00 AM, the exact time the first batch of 2,000 were sent into the "showers" 70 years ago on this date, April 19 2012
